4. Changes in purpose of use

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information will not be a third party.
   1. When our salon entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
   2. When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to a merger or other reasons.
   3. When personal information is used jointly with a specific person, the person is notified in advance or made easily accessible to the person about the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of the people using the information jointly, the purpose of use by the users, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

7. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

1. If the personal information held by the Salon is incorrect, the user may request the Salon to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures set out by the Salon.
2. If the salon receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it shall correct the personal information without delay.
3. If the salon makes corrections based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make corrections, it shall notify the user without delay.

8. Suspension of use of personal information, etc.

1. If the individual requests that the use of their personal information be suspended or deleted (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) because their personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose or because it was obtained through illegal means, the salon will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. If the salon determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the salon will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
3. When the salon suspends use based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to suspend use, it will notify the user without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use would be costly or it would be otherwise difficult to suspend use, and alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests can be taken, the salon will take these alternative measures.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters specified by laws, regulations, or other provisions of this policy.
2. Except as otherwise specified by our salon, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
